The room was nicely decorated and had Wi-Fi. The location was particularly good, near shopping areas, restaurants, and the cathedral. It was worth staying in the central district.

The place was true luxury and had very attentive staff from the concierge to the Lounge staff to the doorman, appreciated the stay. The room we stayed in was well-kept and tastefully decorated with 2 separate bed. The Michelin star rated restaurant served good choice of great food:)))

Interesting hotel in the city centre. Everything is relatively close: train station, main sights, boutiques. Beautiful breakfast.
The first time I ran into a 5* hotel, where they just gave you a key at the entrance and showed you there. Not to walk you to your room, not to tell you about the hotel. No way, they didn't even put water in the room! And it felt like you were ready to be skinned... Parking: 60€ per day. Room was booked for two with breakfast. They charged us an extra 50€ for a second person's breakfast... In general, at a considerable cost 100tr for 2 nights service and maintenance was at a level of 3*... And the room itself is tiny, not to turn around. With a window in the dull courtyard. Always like a dungeon, even on a sunny day... What a cherry on the cake: before the second night, the evening service put only 1 cookie instead of 2. Even a little thing like that got jammed up.

Very clear reception work. On arrival, they blocked the amount of the room price, on departure only extra breakfast and mini-bar... No double checks or parcels... The hotel meets its Luxury level... The repairs are excellent, the style is pompous, the staff is high, everything is great! Yes, the bed is super comfortable. and pillows, and a mattress. but with a blanket, the usual story, without blankets... There was a surprise birthday party, a balloon, flowers. and a bottle of Widow Clicquot... nice!!! The junior suite was perfect for a family with a baby. They didn't even charge extra for an extra bed.
The concierge strangely advised the trajectory for lunch- Sunday afternoon there was a huge queue. As a result of independent searches found a great place with the author's serving of typical Italian dishes Right behind the hotel, in a modern quarter, which is very pleasant to walk on the contrast...

It is a beautiful, praiseworthy hotel, where you can stay for a week and sometimes even stay out of town. The staff is more than high school everywhere. Breakfast service is great. The spa, the front desk is fine. Room cleaning has been great, and the cleaners have been very discreet. Free water, apples, candy. Of course, everything is in the plan to fill the room. I was particularly impressed with the dishes at breakfast. Extraordinarily beautiful, the appliances are silver. Pool until 10:30 pm, nice to relax in the spa after a long day.
The only drawback is that the classic room has a small and very stiff bed. There's no two-bed option. As a result, my child and I almost did not sleep (our total weight is 100 kg). For a couple of larger just can not fit. And this is the only thing that will make me appreciate my desire to be in this hotel next time.
